1. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that may harm our business, services, or other users.

2. Services Provided

The Good Pilates Inc. provides Pilates reformer classes, private sessions, memberships, and related services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

3. Bookings and Payments

All classes and sessions must be booked through our website or an authorized platform. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and account information.

4. Cancellation Policy

Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance.
Private sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations will result in the loss of the class or session credit.
No-shows may result in a $20 fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes. If we cancel a class and it is not rescheduled, you will receive a credit or refund.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Verified medical conditions preventing participation

  • Studio-initiated cancellations that are not rescheduled

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law or granted at our sole discretion in limited circumstances.

6. Membership Terms

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing date. You may cancel your membership with at least 15 days’ prior written notice.

Unused classes expire based on your membership plan:

  • With an 8-class monthly membership, one unused class may roll over to the following month.

  • With a 12-class monthly membership, up to two unused classes may roll over.

All rollover classes expire at the end of the following billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

7. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

By participating in any class or service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are physically able to participate and have no condition that would prevent safe engagement in physical exercise.

  • You understand that Pilates and fitness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, or adverse health events.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted under New York law, you waive, release, and hold harmless The Good Pilates Inc., its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in classes or use of our services, except where such liability results from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You are encouraged to consult with a physician prior to beginning any exercise program.

8. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled classes

  • Follow all instructor guidance and studio rules

  • Treat staff and other clients with respect

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

9. Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

  • Booking confirmations and service-related communications

  • Promotional emails or SMS messages (you may opt out at any time)

We are not responsible for missed communications due to inaccurate or outdated contact information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and branding—is the property of The Good Pilates Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
